2.1 EZ Job Control is a membership site offering access & usage of their proprietary software relating to effective job

2.2 Use of, including all materials presented herein and all online Softwares provided by EZ Job Control, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Software, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

2.3 Parties agree that the Software is in the nature of education. The scope of Softwares provided by EZ Job Control according to this Agreement are limited to those listed on website. We reserve the right to substitute Softwares equal to or comparable to the Softwares listed if the need arises, without prior notice.


3.1 To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site. Information provided on the Site and in the provision of the Software and other information are subject to change. We make no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. EZ Job Control disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.

3.2 Our website is only intended for use by adults, as defined as those aged 18 or over and who have sufficient capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


4.1 As part of the registration process you will need to create an account, including a username & password. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. You cannot create an account or username & password using the names and information of another person or using words that are the trademarks or the property of another party or vulgar, obscene or in any other way inappropriate.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining your own username and password via our website. You should ensure that you store your username and password securely and that the details required to access your customer account are not provided to another party.

4.3 You are responsible for your customer account and any actions taken within it. If you are aware or suspect that your customer account username and password or other details have become known to a third party, you should inform us immediately.


5.1 You may use the Site and Software for lawful purposes only.

5.2 You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site.

5.3 You agree to use the Site and to purchase Software or products through the Site for legitimate purposes only.


6.1 We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product or Software is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable).

6.2 We reserve the right to alter all product and Software pricing without notice.


7.1 When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. Your order constitutes an offer made to us to utilise our sofgtware.

7.2 Your offer is only accepted by us once we have emailed you to confirm the creation of your account and your username & password details.

7.3 Product or Software items not included within your account are not included in the order and contract between you and us.

7.4 We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.

7.5 If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third-party card or account.


8.1 The Software is offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse Software to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Software, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.


9.1 Once confirmed, we will provide you access to the purchased membership package. You agree and understand that access to your membership may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that we use to provide the Software (web hosting etc.). You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be initiated against EZ Job Control when there are reasonable delays in the access of the Software.

9.2 We reserve the right to terminate your membership, and or access to certain features of the package, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.

9.3 If for any reason, EZ Job Control should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the Software updates terminates.


10.1 You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account, or by direct contact with your membership coordinator through email, but due to the nature of the Software no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid.

10.2 Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the membership, including all content, once your current membership period is completed.

10.4 It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the membership and do not wish to be billed further.


11.1 There are additional add-ons available through website which allow you additional access to functionality and content for your membership. You can upgrade and downgrade at any time simply by signing up for the add-on package of your choice and paying the fee.

11.2 Please be aware that these add-ons represent an increase in your monthly membership package for the duration of your subscription. They are not unless otherwise indicated a one-off payment.


12.1 We endeavour to describe and display the membership options as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the memberships, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.


13.1 You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site any artwork, photos, or other materials (collectively “Materials”) protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, and the burden of determining that any Materials are not so protected rests entirely with you.

13.2 You are be liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. For all Materials submitted by you to the Site, you automatically represent or warrant that you have the authority to use and distribute the Materials, and that the use or display of the Materials will not violate any laws, rules, regulations, or rights of third parties.

13.3 You agree that usage of these platforms is a privilege. We reserve the right to limit or deny access to these platforms for misconduct that includes but is not limited to being inappropriate, rude, violent, or threatening. EZ Job Control will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to you with regards to inappropriate or unapproved content that you have placed. We are not required to provide notice, and reserve all rights to take immediate and appropriate action to protect the brand and image integrity.


14.1 We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Software. Content you submit to us remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold EZ Job Control harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.

14.2 You consent to records being kept of any and all interactions made as part of your membership. You consent to your brand being used for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes, without compensation to you.


15.1 The Site and Software contain intellectual property owned by EZ Job Control, including but not limited to: trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. EZ Job Control copyrighted and original materials are provided to you as part of the Software for your individual use only and a single-user license. All intellectual property, including our copyrighted materials shall remain the sole property of EZ Job Control. No license to sell or distribute our materials is granted or implied.

15.2 You may not in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site, Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to sharing material with others, posting excerpts of material on any social media, blogging about the material, or in any other way that would reasonably appear to share the Site or Software’s information with a non-member.

15.3 We reserve the right to immediately revoke your membership access, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.


16.1 We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on our Site. Any use of the Site or Software by you after being notified means you accept these amendments.

16.2 We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Software, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.


17.1 You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the site or Software.

17.2 Additionally, EZ Job Control is not to be held liable for damages in connection with

  • any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of Software, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure;
  • loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill or data;
  • third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability.
  • The foregoing applies even if EZ Job Control has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages. In these circumstances that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law.
  • In no event shall our cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the Software you have purchased from us, and if no purchase has been made by you our cumulative liability to you shall not exceed £100.


18.1 The Site and the Software may contain links to third party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third-party websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with EZ Job Control. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.


19.1 You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, solicitors’ fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Software.

19.2 You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defence, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third-party claim or waive any defence without our prior written consent.


20.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and EZ Job Control pertaining to the Site and Software and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us.

20.2 No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by EZ Job Control shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver.

22.1 If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.


23.1 If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
